Fay A. Rozovsky, JD, MPH

Fay Rozovsky is an experienced risk management consultant and attorney with a Masters in Public Health and a law degree. She has served as a consultant in Australia, Canada and throughout the United States to trade associations, governments, hospitals, long term care organizations, home health agencies, and physician practices on a range of topics.
Renowned as an educator in healthcare risk management and patient safety. Currently, she is a faculty member in the ASHRM Barton Certificate Program in Healthcare Risk Management.
A prolific writer, Fay has published more than 600 articles on subjects in health law, risk management, patient safety, and medical ethics. With more than 18 books to her credit as an author, co-author or editor, Fay is known as the authority on consent to treatment. Her treatise on the subject, Consent to Treatment, has been cited by the highest courts in several states and the U.S. Supreme Court. A past president of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Fay received the highest honor bestowed by the Society, the Distinguished Service Award.
Joshua I. Rozovsky, MS

Joshua Rozovsky holds a Masters in National Security and Public Safety with a concentration in Information Protection and Security. He has consulted across the United States, and lectured onsite and online on a variety of healthcare risk management issues including backup telecommunications, disaster and emergency preparedness, breach prevention, detection, and notification, cloud computing, telemedicine, the transition to electronic medical and health records, paper backup, safe destruction of physical and digital records, social media benefits and risk, EMS, and device infection control.
Joshua has been a contributing co-author to Healthcare Organizations Risk Management (ASPEN 2009) and the Enterprise Risk Management Handbook for Healthcare Entities, First Edition (AHLA 2009) and Second Edition (AHLA 2012).
A graduate of the ASHRM Barton Certificate program, Joshua is an active Emergency Medical Technician since 2007, and a Connecticut DPH-certified HIV Prevention Counselor.

Ted Tucci is a partner in the law firm of Robinson & Cole LLP. He is a member of the Litigation Section, and chairs the Health and Benefits Litigation Group.
Mr. Tucci has significant experience in counseling and representing managed care clients and health insurers. He has defended numerous lawsuits involving group benefits claims, class actions, provider reimbursement, data breaches, government benefit programs and other claims involving commercial relationships in the insurance and managed care areas.
Jean E. Tomasco
Counsel, Robinson + Cole LLP
Jean Tomasco is a counsel in the law firm of Robinson & Cole LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Section and Labor & Employment Section, as well as the Health and Benefits Litigation Group. Her practice involves litigation and employer counseling with an emphasis on benefits litigation.
Ms. Tomasco represents insurers, managed care organizations, and employers in benefit claims litigation, including claims brought under group plans governed by ERISA as well as claims involving individual insurance policies and other non-ERISA benefit arrangements. She has defended retaliatory discharge claims and fiduciary breach claims brought against employers and plan fiduciaries. Ms. Tomasco also has advised insurers and managed care organizations regarding the drafting and interpretation of various plan provisions.
Ms. Tomasco participates in numerous professional and business organizations, including the Life, Health and Disability committee of the Defense Research Institute, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the Tort & Insurance Practice section of the American Bar Association.
